When will my order ship out?

Please allow  3–7  business days for order processing and fulfillment. Standard shipping takes an additional (3-5 business days) for the US.

Do you ship internationally? 

We’re so sorry, but at this time we are only shipping orders within the US.

How do I track my order?

Returns

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry the item you ordered arrived damaged or incorrect. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at shop@clarkimages.com with photos of the damaged product within 30 days of receiving your order along with order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. For lost packages, claims should be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. 

Can I return an item for refund/exchange?

We currently do not offer exchanges for non-damaged items, so please refer to our sizing charts before ordering.  Our return policy allows refunds only for wrong or damaged items.
