When will my order ship out?

Please allow  3–7  business days for order processing and fulfillment. Standard shipping takes an additional (3-5 business days) for the US.

Do you ship internationally? 

We’re so sorry, but at this time we are only shipping orders within the US.

How do I track my order?

Returns

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry the item you ordered arrived damaged or incorrect. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at shop@clarkimages.com with photos of the damaged product within 4 weeks of receiving your order along with order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. For lost packages, claims should be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. 

Can I return an item for refund/exchange?

We currently do not offer exchanges for non-damaged items, so please refer to our sizing charts before ordering.  Our return policy allows refunds only for wrong or damaged items.
