When will my order ship out?
Please allow 3β7 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Standard shipping takes an additional (3-5 business days) for the US.
Do you ship internationally?
We're so sorry, but at this time we are only shipping orders within the US.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at shop@clarkimages.com
Returns and refunds
If your item arrives wrong, damaged, misprinted, defective, or mislabeled, email shop@clarkimages.com within 30 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Weβll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Errors on our part are covered at our expense.
Packages lost in transit
For packages lost in transit, contact us no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and confirm your shipping address.
Size, color, and change-of-mind requests
We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a different size or color. Please check the productβs size guide before ordering. If an item is incorrectly labeled, contact us within the 30-day window above.
Incorrect or insufficient addresses
If an incorrect or insufficient address causes your shipment to be returned, you are responsible for reshipment costs after we confirm the corrected address.
